v13/14 Support and New Features

This build marks the full move into Foundry V13 and V14 support. V12 support can be found as of build 1.2.

This build also includes further integration into my Encounter Forge Module, and includes search functionality. You can search in any tab, any document type you link/attach, and the search is smart enough to index it, take you to the proper tab and position, and cycle to the appropriate page with highlights. I think it's a pretty useful search, especially as this module grows. Additionally, some bug fixes as well. Some functionality had broken (e.g. the actors couldnt be added to the reference view anymore) but it should all be fixed now.

To support the search, the project size has grown as I brought some libraries in to allow for better highlighting and capturing of pdf's and docx files.
