V12/13/14 Support

Against my better judgement, I've reimplemented V12 support.

A fair amount was implemented to accommodate for V12. As much as I'd like to move my campaign to V14, there is still a fair amount to be done for my custom workflows. I put this together to include the features I've been working hard on. This should give a good bridge for folks similar to myself, but also support those that have kept up.
