Changed

• Encounter HP: replaced the "Average" option with Minroll (every hit die at its minimum face). "RAW (printed)" and "Average" produced the same number for virtually every compendium monster — 5e stat blocks already print HP as the standard average-HP formula, which "Average" just recomputed. Minroll mirrors the existing Maxroll, giving three genuinely distinct options instead of two that happened to be identical.

Fixes

• Release manifest: download was pointing at releases/latest instead of the specific version — harmless for a normal install, but meant picking an older version from Foundry's package browser (or an "Add Version" entry) would silently install whatever's currently latest instead. The release workflow now pins download to the exact tag automatically.

Verified

• Compatibility confirmed against Foundry V14 (in addition to the existing V12–V13 range) with dnd5e 5.3.3 — Encounter tab, the Help dialog, and the full Item Customize dialog (attunement, two resistance slots, description, rarity override) all behave identically to V13.
