What's Changed

Protocol canvas

• New connectors on Agent nodes: Skill, Dataset, Knowledge (OKF), and Script, alongside a Resource connector (Dataset moved onto it). The AI connector's handle id is now ai (was llm).
• MCP tool nodes: standalone scikit-learn MCP server, a server browser for picking tools, an MCP Client Tool node for user-connected servers, per-server descriptions shown on the node, and a fix for same-named tools colliding across servers.
• Skills: skill browser, register-a-skill from a GitHub repo or as a whole folder (not just SKILL.md), and dangling skill ids are now visible.
• Knowledge / OKF: Knowledge connector backed by user-chosen OKF bundles, single-concept uploads, upload a bundle folder instead of browsing server disk, and bundles render their knowledge instead of raw JSON.
• Layout: a "Tidy up" button re-lays out the canvas, connector nodes drop under the connector that asked for them and lay out side by side.
• Color: every node kind now has its own explicit accent color.
• Autosave no longer echoes a stale graph over newer edits, and pending saves flush on unmount.

Experiments

• An experiment can run against several datasets (stored many-to-many with wiring order preserved); how a split was made is now shown.
• Dataset and an MCP node's tool allow-list are usable as experimental factors; factors are pruned when the node carrying their binding is deleted.
• Protocol names stay in sync when an experiment is renamed.
• Dataset workspaces are created automatically rather than opened by an agent.

Agents & tools

• Wired Datasets and Scripts are passed by binding/path instead of being narrated or pasted into the prompt; agents can work from a dataset that was never split.
• sklearn toolset: declarative logistic-regression tools replace XGBoost, linear regression folded in, random forest added, and run_logistic_regression_script renamed to run_script.
• ReAct agents now warn when they have no callable tools.
• LLM providers: OpenRouter and Local added; model discovery and connection checks; Reason+Act/LLM numeric fields are editable and require key config.

Infrastructure & housekeeping

• All migrations are now safe to re-run over an existing schema.
• Motoro bumped to v0.5.1; system MCP servers relabeled (asaree-workspace hidden from pickers, motoro-okf shown as "OKF MCP").
• Running build version shown in the top-right corner.
• Setup is now just a clone of this repo; License added; README links updated.
