Troop Tools v0.9.1 (beta)

Bug fix release.

• Fixed a false "login failed" error caused by a fixed 1.5s delay after
  submitting credentials. On some TroopWebHost sites the post-login
  frame takes longer than that to reload, so the check ran too early
  and rejected a login that had actually succeeded. Now polls for up
  to 10 seconds instead.

Also includes everything from v0.9.0: exact TWH menu paths for Menu
Item ID fields (setup wizard, Settings, and manual-upload hints), and
an interactive shutdown control in the console window (type Q and
press Enter, or Ctrl+C).

Still pre-release: download TroopTools-Setup-v0.9.1.exe, run it, and
follow the setup wizard (no admin rights required). Windows will show
a SmartScreen warning since the installer isn't code-signed - click
"More info" then "Run anyway".

This is a pre-release: the packaging pipeline has been verified end-to-end on one machine, but not yet on a fresh install for a different troop. macOS build exists but is untested.
