Troop Tools v0.9.0 (beta)

First installable build. Download TroopTools-Setup-v0.9.0.exe, run it, and follow the setup wizard (no admin rights required).

Windows will show a SmartScreen warning since the installer isn't code-signed. Click "More info" then "Run anyway" - this is a one-time warning. See the README for setup instructions and how to find your troop's Menu Item IDs.

This is a pre-release: the packaging pipeline has been verified end-to-end on one machine, but not yet on a fresh install for a different troop. macOS build exists but is untested.
