Everloot addon 0.3.9

Added

• A button at the top-left of the minimap, the way every other addon in the game is found. It opens
  Everloot's panel, so nothing needs a command typed any more.
• A box at the top of that panel to ask Everloot a question. The question goes into your file, the
  companion answers it with its sources, and /reload prints the answer in the chat, exactly as
  /ask <question> does.
