Updates / Improvements

Use UDP to send packets.
No more SERVER. Just a client who send it's messages to everyone on multicast with broadcast adress 255.255.255.255.
User must enter a Username at the first launch of the program.

ClipTransfer- Linux/macOS users

To compile manually from source, use the .zip or .tar.zst archive and follow the instructions in README.md.

Windows users

Download the precompiled binary ClipTransfer.exe and run it directly.
