  • Merge v2ray-core 5.32.0 changes.

  • Update quic-go to v0.52.0 (Hysteria2 and TUIC not included).

0.13.x will no longer be updated at some point in the future. Migrate to 0.14.x for future updates.

Note

QUIC_GO_DISABLE_CLIENTHELLO_SCRAMBLING=true is set to keep quic-go's characteristics consistent with the previous versions. QUIC TLS ClientHello is not fragmented into multiple pieces.
