🤖 I reviewed the changes in this PR against the help site articles under Docs update needed: Yes — a small one. This PR adds a new Paid status column selectable from Display > Edit columns in the Reports view, surfacing a paid report's stage (Marked as paid / Withdrawing / Confirmed). The article that documents customizing the Spend column view — Draft PR: #95524 — adds Paid status to the list of available columns. Why a small change rather than a rewriteThe article's column list is intentionally illustrative and points readers to the Columns icon for the full list, so no larger rewrite is required. The label Paid status and values (Marked as paid, Withdrawing, Confirmed) match the live UI exactly, per the naming conventions. This PR only adds the display column; the separate Paid status filter (part of issue #94561) isn't covered here. @dukenv0307, please review the linked help site PR and confirm it reflects the current behavior. Help site review — docs update needed ✅This PR adds a user-facing Paid status column that can be shown in the expense report table via Display > Edit columns, so a help site update is warranted.
