Summary

Help site update for the new Paid status column added in #95476 (part of #94561).

That PR lets users add a Paid status column to the expense report table via Display > Edit columns. The column shows how a paid report was settled — Marked as paid, Withdrawing, or Confirmed.

Change

Updated Using-Reports-in-New-Expensify.md, which already documents customizing the Spend column view, to:

  • Add Paid status to the list of available columns, with its three possible values.
  • Add paid status column to the article keywords for retrieval.

Labels verified against the current UI (src/languages/en.ts): column label Paid status; values Marked as paid, Withdrawing, Confirmed.
