pcbridge v2.4.2
Pi connections now work with pi-mcp-adapter 3.x. The Connections switch registers pcbridge in the adapter's current configuration, so Pi can load its MCP tools again.

Fixes
pi-mcp-adapter 3.0 stopped reading Pi's mcp.json, but pcbridge still wrote its connection there. Connecting Pi now writes mcp-adapter.json. If an older pcbridge entry exists in mcp.json, connecting moves that entry and its settings while leaving other servers untouched. Disconnecting and uninstalling also use the appropriate adapter configuration.
Compatibility
pi-mcp-adapter 2.x continues to use its original mcp.json path. The pcbridge config format and MCP tool set are unchanged; the tool set remains at 37.
