$ c2cpel --input-file --output-file
c2cpel converts vppinfra elog.[ch] files to CPEL file format. For historical reasons - the CPEL file format predates the vppinfra event logger - one typically converts vppinfra event logs to CPEL format to leverage the rest of the command-line utilities
