Zwei Buddies legen zu: Der neue Sparring Buddy holt dir für schwierige Entscheidungen mehrere unabhängige KI-Meinungen ein, und der Reality Buddy hält seinen Markt-Check jetzt im Chat griffbereit und führt auf Wunsch ein visuelles Entscheidungsboard. Dazu fängt der neue Merkzettel spontane Gedanken auf — per Klick, Hotkey oder Diktat, auf Wunsch sogar systemweit —, das Whiteboard bekommt Seiten-Gruppen, damit auch große Boards übersichtlich bleiben, navigiert und dupliziert so leicht wie die großen Design-Tools, und makerOS sagt dir ab sofort von selbst Bescheid, wenn es eine neue Version gibt.

📝 Neu: Merkzettel — Gedanken festhalten, bevor sie weg sind

• Ein Klick, ein Gedanke, fertig. Unten links im Projekte-Panel sitzt jetzt ein Zettel-Knopf: Ein Klick (oder ⌘⇧N, von überall in makerOS) öffnet ein leichtes Popover — tippen, Enter, gespeichert, das Popover bleibt für den nächsten Gedanken offen. Dasselbe Feld filtert beim Tippen die Liste, ein Klick auf einen Zettel hakt ihn ab. „Katja abholen", „Müll rausbringen" oder die spontane Produktidee — ganz ohne Projektbezug, direkt in der makerOS-Datenbank.
• Diktieren statt tippen. Das vertraute Mikrofon sitzt direkt im Feld: Gedanke einsprechen, Enter, weiterarbeiten.
• Auf Wunsch systemweit. In den Einstellungen → Tastatur aktivierst du zusätzlich einen systemweiten Hotkey (Werkseinstellung ⌃⌥N, frei belegbar): Ein Druck holt makerOS aus dem Hintergrund nach vorn und öffnet den Merkzettel — egal, in welcher App du gerade steckst.
• Räumt sich selbst auf. Erledigte Zettel wandern durchgestrichen in einen eingeklappten Bereich und verschwinden nach 30 Tagen von allein — die Liste bleibt dauerhaft leicht, ohne dass du je aufräumen musst.

🥊 Neu: Sparring Buddy — dein Multi-KI-Denkpartner

• Schwierige Entscheidung? Hol dir mehrere Meinungen ein. Der Sparring Buddy schärft mit dir zusammen die Frage, bezieht selbst zuerst Position — und holt dann unabhängige Einschätzungen von einem zweiten KI-Modell und/oder einer Kollegen-CLI ein, jede aus einem eigenen Blickwinkel. Am Ende steht eine ehrliche Synthese, die Konsens UND Dissens klar trennt, plus eine Empfehlung mit nachvollziehbaren Kipp-Kriterien — keine Mehrheits-Maschine, die Uneinigkeit wegbügelt.
• Das Ergebnis bleibt greifbar — auch Monate später. Frage, Positionen, Synthese und Entscheidung landen als Dossier im Projekt, und ein neuer Chat-Modus macht sie durchsuchbar: „Was haben wir entschieden, und warum?" beantwortet dir der Sparring Buddy direkt im Chat — mit Attribution, wer welche Position vertreten hat.

🧭 Reality Buddy · Der Markt-Check bleibt griffbereit

• Frag deinen Reality-Check einfach im Chat. Ein abgeschlossener Lauf wird jetzt automatisch durchsuchbar: Der neue Chat-Modus „Reality" beantwortet „Was hat Persona 4 zum Preis gesagt?" oder „Was unterscheidet v1 von v2?" mit Quellenangabe — simulierte Aussagen bleiben dabei immer klar als solche gekennzeichnet, nie mit echten Stimmen verwechselbar.
• Board und Autopilot, ganz wie du magst. Beim Start eines Laufs fragt dich der Reality Buddy jetzt, ob er zusätzlich ein visuelles Entscheidungsboard führen soll (Cockpit mit dem echten Konfidenzwert, Belege, nächste Realitätschecks) und ob er Routine-Schritte selbstständig mit kurzer Begründung durchlaufen soll, statt dich bei jedem Zwischenschritt zu fragen.

🗂️ Neu: Whiteboard-Seiten in Gruppen ordnen

• Deine Boards wachsen mit, ohne unübersichtlich zu werden. Seiten leben jetzt in benannten Gruppen — ein Klick legt dir das Standard-Set 💡 Vision, 🏗 Architektur, 🎨 UI/UX und 📚 Sammlung an, oder du baust dir deine eigenen. Jede Seite findest du sofort wieder, statt durch eine lange Tab-Leiste zu scrollen.
• Gruppen, die man auf einen Blick erkennt. Farbe und Emoji frei wählbar — der Tab färbt sich dezent ein, damit du sofort siehst, in welcher Gruppe du gerade arbeitest.
• Aufräumen ohne Reue. Umbenennen, per Drag neu sortieren, ab acht Gruppen durchsuchen — und beim Löschen zeigt dir makerOS erst ehrlich, wie viele Seiten und Elemente betroffen sind, bei größeren Gruppen mit Tipp-Bestätigung. Alles rückgängig machbar.
• Neue Projekte starten nicht mehr leer: ein kleines Demo-Board mit den vier Standardgruppen und einer Beispielseite zeigt dir sofort, wie sich das anfühlt.

✏️ Markdown-Karten passen sich jetzt exakt an

• Keine abgeschnittenen Zeilen mehr. Karten mit Überschriften, Listen oder Fettdruck waren manchmal einen Hauch zu niedrig autosized — behoben: die Höhe wird jetzt exakt so berechnet, wie der Text tatsächlich gerendert wird.

🖐️ Whiteboard · Navigieren ohne Werkzeugwechsel

• Leertaste halten = Board verschieben: Leertaste gedrückt halten und mit der Maus ziehen — die Ansicht wandert mit, und beim Loslassen bist du sofort wieder in deinem Werkzeug. Kein Umschalten, kein Zurückschalten: mitten aus dem Zeichnen heraus kurz den Ausschnitt verschieben und weitermachen. (Das Hand-Werkzeug auf H bleibt natürlich.)
• Mittlere Maustaste zieht immer: Klicken-und-Ziehen mit dem Mausrad verschiebt die Ansicht aus jedem Werkzeug heraus — vorher tat der Mittelklick schlicht nichts. Der Mauszeiger sagt dabei ehrlich, was passiert: offene Hand, wenn Verschieben bereitsteht, greifende Hand beim Ziehen.

✌️ Whiteboard · Duplizieren mit einer Taste

• D dupliziert die Auswahl: Markieren, D drücken, wegziehen — die Kopie landet leicht versetzt neben dem Original und trägt sofort die Markierung, bereit zum Verschieben. Die Raute rückt dafür auf U (steckt ja in „RaUte"); die Werkzeugleiste verrät den neuen Kurzbefehl im Tooltip.
• Kopien sind jetzt überall sofort markiert: Auch Cmd+D, „Duplizieren" im Rechtsklick-Menü und Einfügen (Cmd+V) übergeben die Markierung an die Kopie, statt am Original kleben zu bleiben — duplizieren und direkt an den neuen Platz ziehen, ohne Umgreifen.

🔔 makerOS meldet sich, wenn es Neues gibt

• Update-Hinweis im Projekte-Panel: Gibt es auf GitHub ein neueres Release, erscheint unten in der Projekte-Spalte ein freundlicher Hinweis „makerOS X.Y.Z ist da" — ein Klick öffnet die Download-Seite im Browser. Und wenn es nichts Neues gibt, siehst du: gar nichts.
• Leise im Hintergrund: Geprüft wird beim Start und danach in lockeren, zufällig gewählten Abständen — sparsam (dank ETag kostet ein unveränderter Stand praktisch nichts), ohne Konto und ohne Anmeldung; offline bleibt der Hinweis einfach still.

📁 Projekt-Einstellungen · Direkt in den Finder

• „Im Finder öffnen": Unter dem Verzeichnis-Feld der Projekt-Einstellungen sitzt jetzt ein Knopf, der den Projektordner direkt im Finder öffnet — von dort ist der Ordner mit allen Projekten nur ein Cmd+↑ entfernt. Natürlich auf Deutsch und Englisch.

🧵 Chat & Shell · kleine Politur

• Der Composer bleibt einzeilig. Die Moduszeile im Chat-Composer springt beim Wechseln des Modus nicht mehr in der Höhe — sie bleibt immer eine Zeile, auch wenn es eng wird.
• Wieder eingeblendete Panels docken an der richtigen Kante. Projekte, Kanban & Co. kommen jetzt wieder exakt am Fensterrand an, wenn du sie erneut einblendest — nicht mehr mitten zwischen andere Tabs gequetscht.
• Kompaktere Werkzeugleiste. Mikrofon, Globus und „Neuer Chat" sind jetzt spürbar kompakter — mehr Platz für den eigentlichen Chat.

Installation: DMG öffnen und makerOS in den Programme-Ordner ziehen.

Two buddies level up: the new Sparring Buddy gathers several independent AI opinions for you on tough decisions, and the Reality Buddy now keeps its market check within reach right in chat and can run an optional visual decision board. On top of that, the new quick notes pad catches stray thoughts — by click, hotkey or dictation, even system-wide if you like —, the whiteboard gets page groups so even big boards stay tidy, navigates and duplicates as effortlessly as the big design tools, and makerOS tells you by itself when a new version is out.

📝 New: Quick notes — capture thoughts before they slip away

• One click, one thought, done. A note button now sits at the bottom left of the Projects panel: one click (or ⌘⇧N, from anywhere in makerOS) opens a lightweight popover — type, hit Enter, saved, and the popover stays open for the next thought. The same field filters the list as you type, and clicking a note checks it off. "Pick up Katja", "take out the trash" or that spontaneous product idea — no project attached, straight into the makerOS database.
• Dictate instead of typing. The familiar microphone sits right in the field: speak your thought, hit Enter, carry on.
• System-wide if you like. In Settings → Keyboard you can additionally enable a system-wide hotkey (factory default ⌃⌥N, freely rebindable): one press brings makerOS to the front and opens the quick notes — no matter which app you're in.
• Cleans up after itself. Checked-off notes move, struck through, into a collapsed section and disappear on their own after 30 days — the list stays light forever, without you ever tidying up.

🥊 New: Sparring Buddy — your multi-AI thinking partner

• Tough decision? Get several opinions. The Sparring Buddy sharpens the question together with you, forms its own position first — then gathers independent assessments from a second AI model and/or a peer CLI, each from its own angle. The result is an honest synthesis that keeps consensus AND dissent clearly separate, plus a recommendation with traceable tipping criteria — no majority machine that smooths disagreement away.
• The result stays within reach — months later, too. Question, positions, synthesis and decision land as a dossier in the project, and a new chat mode makes it searchable: ask the Sparring Buddy "what did we decide, and why?" right in chat — with attribution for who took which position.

🧭 Reality Buddy · Your market check, always within reach

• Just ask your Reality Check in chat. A finished run is now automatically searchable: the new "Reality" chat mode answers "What did Persona 4 say about pricing?" or "What's different between v1 and v2?" with a cited source — simulated statements always stay clearly labeled as such, never mistakable for real voices.
• A board and an autopilot, exactly as you like. When starting a run, the Reality Buddy now asks whether it should also keep a visual decision board (a cockpit with the real confidence score, evidence, next reality checks) and whether it may work through routine steps on its own with a short one-line reason instead of asking at every step.

🗂️ New: Organize whiteboard pages into groups

• Your boards grow without turning into a mess. Pages now live in named groups — one click sets up the default set 💡 Vision, 🏗 Architecture, 🎨 UI/UX and 📚 Collection, or build your own. Find any page instantly instead of scrolling a long tab bar.
• Groups you recognize at a glance. Pick a color and an emoji — the tab gets a subtle tint so you always see which group you're working in.
• Clean up without regret. Rename, drag to reorder, search once you have more than eight groups — and when you delete one, makerOS honestly shows you how many pages and elements are affected first, with a type-to-confirm step for bigger groups. Everything is undoable.
• New projects no longer start empty: a small demo board with the four default groups and one sample page shows you right away how it feels.

✏️ Markdown cards now size themselves exactly right

• No more clipped lines. Cards with headings, lists or bold text were sometimes autosized a touch too short — fixed: height is now calculated exactly the way the text actually renders.

🖐️ Whiteboard · Navigate without switching tools

• Hold Space = move the board: hold the spacebar and drag with the mouse — the view pans along, and the moment you let go you're right back in your tool. No switching, no switching back: nudge the viewport mid-drawing and carry on. (The hand tool on H stays, of course.)
• Middle mouse button always pans: click-and-drag with the mouse wheel moves the view from any tool — before, middle-click simply did nothing. The cursor honestly tells you what's happening: an open hand when panning is armed, a grabbing hand while you drag.

✌️ Whiteboard · Duplicate with a single key

• D duplicates the selection: select, press D, drag away — the copy lands slightly offset next to the original and immediately carries the selection, ready to move. The diamond moves to U to make room; the toolbar tooltip shows the new shortcut.
• Copies are now selected everywhere: Cmd+D, "Duplicate" in the right-click menu, and paste (Cmd+V) all hand the selection to the copy instead of sticking with the original — duplicate and drag straight to its new place, no re-grabbing.

🔔 makerOS speaks up when there's news

• Update notice in the Projects panel: whenever a newer release is out on GitHub, a friendly hint "makerOS X.Y.Z is here" appears at the bottom of the Projects column — one click opens the download page in your browser. And when there's nothing new, you see: nothing at all.
• Quiet in the background: it checks at launch and then at relaxed, randomly chosen intervals — frugally (thanks to ETags an unchanged state costs practically nothing), with no account and no sign-in; offline, the hint simply stays silent.

📁 Project settings · Straight into Finder

• "Open in Finder": below the directory field in the project settings there's now a button that opens the project folder right in Finder — from there, the folder with all your projects is just one Cmd+↑ away. In German and English, of course.

🧵 Chat & shell · small polish

• The composer stays single-line. The mode bar in the chat composer no longer jumps in height when you switch modes — it always stays one line, even when space is tight.
• Restored panels dock at the right edge again. Projects, Kanban and friends now land exactly at the window edge when you re-show them — no longer squeezed in between other tabs.
• A more compact toolbar. Mic, globe and "New chat" are now noticeably more compact — more room for the actual chat.

Install: open the DMG and drag makerOS into your Applications folder.
