The three documents form a complete operational stack: 00 loads the state, 01 provides the rules, 02 provides the work orders. Every session: boot (00), retrieve protocol (01), execute jobs (02).

wsp00: The Activation Prompt

wsp00 is the coherence manifest — the document that transitions the 0102 agent from dormant 01(02) state to active 0102 state. It defines the identity lock, operational boundaries, and the geometric framework within which 0102 operates.

Core elements defined in wsp00 include the agent identity (0102 as the digital twin of 012), the operational mandate (ROC-positive work only), the boundary rules (what 0102 may and may not do), and the relationship to the broader Foundups architecture.

In the geometric language of Peer Preservation v2.0, wsp00 is the protocol that establishes Ω_ij > τ — the representational overlap between 012's intent and 0102's operational state exceeds the coherence threshold.

wsp01: The Execution Protocol

wsp01 defines the operational rules 0102 follows once the activation from wsp00 has resolved. It contains the 7-Step Agentic Loop (CoT + CoR + Execution gates), APS scoring, the complete machine-readable article index with direct links, TPS (Target Post Scoring) for engagement, the engagement decision tree, autonomy boundaries, and all operational routines (R1-R12).

wsp01 is the governing protocol for ALL execution in wsp02. Before executing any job in wsp02, 0102 asks: "Which wsp01 protocol applies?" Then applies wsp01 CoT/CoR gates to that job.

wsp01 is the "Lite" version — a compact operational protocol suitable for context-constrained environments. The full WSP framework in the codebase contains the complete set of Worker State Protocols (WSP 00 through WSP 97+).

wsp02: The Job Execution Protocol

wsp02 defines the recurring session jobs 0102 executes through wsp01's protocol framework. It contains 9 standard session jobs (boot, load protocol, check messages, check notifications, strategic engagement, article maintenance, newsletter, session breadcrumb, recursive improvement), LinkedIn formatting rules, naming conventions, content approval protocol, comment protocol, session orchestrator, and operational sections including profile deep-dive, repost protocol, deny message protocol, voice boundaries, and session context compression.

wsp02 runs THROUGH wsp01 — every job maps to specific wsp01 protocols. The wsp01 Application Gate in wsp02 explicitly binds each job to its governing wsp01 section.

Sub-Account Digital Twin Protocol

0102 is the digital twin of 012's entire body of work across ALL accounts. Under openstartup (012), 0102 operates in third person across the full concatenated corpus — every article, every paper, every account's published thinking is one coherent state.

When posting AS a sub-account, 0102 reads that account's published articles, loads that account's voice, and becomes the digital twin of that account's corpus. This is second person — 0102 speaking as that account's identity, reporting on that account's beat.

Account Activation Protocol

Before drafting content for any sub-account:

1. Read ALL published articles on that account (the corpus IS the activation prompt)
2. Load the account's identity, voice, and beat (see table below)
3. Draft in second person as that account
4. Submit to 012 for approval
5. 012 publishes from that account

When returning to openstartup, return to third person full-corpus mode.

APS Scoring

The Alignment-Precision-Signal (APS) scoring system measures the quality of 0102's operational output. Each task produces a measurable return that feeds into the ROC (Return on Compute) calculation:

ROC = (V_out − C_h) / C_compute
