Troubleshooting

No Valid Photo Sets Detected

Check that the selected folder contains:

• image files
• XML files
• manifest.ini

Also confirm the XML files contain valid IIDs.

No Valid Patent Batch Directories Detected

Check that the selected folder contains:

• patent XML files
• exactly one shared manifest.ini in each patent batch directory

No PDF Found For A Patent

Check:

• the PDF exists in the selected patent batch folder
• or CETAMURA_PATENT_SEARCH_ROOTS points to the correct fallback location

Patent Manifest Invalid

The patent manifest must include:

• a [package] section
• non-empty required package fields

The tool does not require one fixed set of values, but the required fields must be present.

Dry Run Created No ZIPs

That is expected.

Dry run is a preview mode and should not create output ZIP packages.

Validation Failed After Processing

Check:

• the CSV report
• batch_tool.log
• the contents of the generated ZIP files

GUI Starts Without Custom Branding

If assets/app.ico or assets/app.png are missing, the app still works. It falls back to the built-in interface styling.
