Dev build for testers. Not a final release.
Changes since v0.10.0:
Media controls: OS media controls now work across every source. Windows gets SMTC and Linux gets MPRIS for music, video, Live TV, YouTube, and internet radio, always reflecting whatever is actually playing. (The Windows source name may read "Unknown app" for a portable/unzipped build; that resolves with an installed shortcut.)
YouTube: Tapping a playlist item plays it and queues the rest as Up Next, so Next and autoplay walk the playlist in order (NewPipe-style). Playlist contents now load reliably, fixing the empty "Nothing in this playlist" on auto-generated lists. The LIVE badge no longer appears on regular playlist items. Search and stream resolution now work on Windows. Starting a video pauses the music player so you don't hear both at once.
Internet radio: Search is more resilient to flaky directory mirrors, and the OS media controls now show the station and song correctly instead of the last track played.
Desktop: Closing the window is fast and reliable, with no hang on exit.
