Seventh dev pre-release of the 0.12.0 minor.

Fixed

• YouTube videos with multiple audio languages no longer default to a dubbed track. Fathom now selects the default (English) audio track instead of picking whichever track has the highest bitrate, so a dub no longer plays over the original. Covers Android and desktop. (#30, thanks @shiftyfox380)

Added

• Automatic update checks now have a frequency setting on the Updates screen: a master on/off plus Every Launch / Daily / Weekly. Daily/Weekly also re-check in the background, so a new build is picked up without relaunching.

Changed

• A new build is now announced with a floating banner (all platforms) plus a native system notification on Linux and Android, instead of a passing in-app message. Set the update channel to Dev on the Updates screen to follow dev builds.

Tester build, report anything odd. The in-app updater's Dev channel will offer future dev builds automatically.
