For Firestore, we have useFirestoreDocData and useFirestoreCollectionData. This PR adds similar functions for RTDB:

useDatabaseDocData and useDatabaseListData

also fixes #153

I added useFirestoreDocData and useFirestoreCollectionData documentation while I was at it. Fixes #153
