Overview - norama-suite 0.1

This software suite offers tools for numerical panoramas manipulation. Mainly based on equirectangular mappings, the norama-suite tools are each designed to solve a single task on panoramas, in order to maintain a good modularity of the suite. A typical example is given by rectilinear mappings extraction from a entire equirectangular mapped image.

Each tool of the norama-suite are presented here considering the problem they solve as their documentation framework. A page is dedicated for each tool provided by the norama-suite.

Dependencies

The norama-suite comes with the following package (Ubuntu 14.04 LTS) dependencies :

• libgtk2.0-dev

the following external dependencies :

• OpenCV 2.4.9 <OpenCV repository>

and the following provided sub-modules :

• libgnomonic 0.1 <libgnomonic repository>

• libinter 0.1 <libinter repository>

Documentation is built using doxygen.

Compilation

To clone the repository, use the command :

$ git clone https://github.com/FoxelSA/norama-suite.git --recursive
$ cd norama-suite
$ git checkout v0.1

To build the binaries using make, use the command :

$ make clean && make

To generate the documentation, use the command :

$ make documentation

When documentation is generated, the previous one is preliminary removed.
