I removed some of the libssh deprecation warnings.
As the libssh project doesn't document when a given feature has been introduced or modified, some of the modifications I've implemented may not work as expected, please test and report back if you have issues.
Tested on Fedora 21, 22 and Arch Linux

@giox069 can you test on the oldest distro you have available please?
