Hotfix 0.3.10-pre-release

Added:

• Added the ability for players to attack in the Roundtable Hold
• Arena respawns now have regen during the invincibility window
• Players now can no longer damage or backstab players sitting at the bonfire (sorry no more funnies)
• Warrior's Rest secret 1v1 arena teleporter now has a fade out

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a soft lock area near the gate in Yharnam Alley
