Choose the support channel based on the kind of question you have.

Repository or Starter-File Problem

Use the it140-projects Issues area for a technical problem with the provided repository, starter files, documentation, or course tools:

Examples:

  • A provided file is missing
  • A repository link is broken
  • A starter file does not open correctly
  • A README instruction contains a technical error
  • A course-provided command fails in the supported environment

Include Useful Technical Details

When reporting a technical problem, include:

  • Module and activity
  • CVD or local operating system
  • File or command involved
  • What you expected
  • What actually happened
  • Exact error message
  • What you already tried

Do not post passwords, authentication codes, access tokens, student identification numbers, private contact information, or completed graded solutions.
