Websites and file hosts are packed with harmful ads and fake "Download Now" buttons designed to redirect you to unwanted pages. Real download buttons are usually small, text-based, or subtly integrated into the page. Fake buttons are typically huge, brightly colored, flash "Download Now," and appear multiple times. Real downloads happen directly on the main page. If a click opens a popup tab or redirects you to a completely different site, close it immediately.

ADs Blocker For Browsers, I recommend using UBlock Origin to block ads, you can also use Link Skippers to skip those annoying ahh countdowns from sites.
