About MedBioPhys

MedBioPhys is the mobile companion app for the Department of Medical Biophysics at the Medical University of Białystok (UMB). It is available for iPhone and Android.
The app delivers public department information: news, regulations, resources, staff contacts, and study tools. It is designed for offline use in lecture halls and laboratories, with optional content updates when you are online.
Swipe through a hero rail and sections for About Us, News, Scientific Club, Fun Facts, History, and Contact. Content is available in seven editorial locales.
Biophysics schedule entries for your selected study programme and group. Schedule coverage depends on programme (see Known-Issues).
Programme-specific regulations, syllabi, safety information, exams, and FAQ — tailored to tracks such as English Division, medicine, and nursing.

On first launch, select your programme and group. Choose your language from the top bar at any time.
Your selections are stored on this device only and control calendar, rules, and resources for your track.

Editorial content is maintained in the public medbiophys-content repository.
When online, the app can download verified updates (news, regulations, staff, and more) from the department content repository. If you are offline, bundled content from install remains available.

- Not a learning management system (no assignment submission or grades)
- Not a replacement for official UMB portals or examination rules
- Not an account-based service — no login, no cloud sync of personal progress between devices
Long-term ideas such as a Study Companion are on Roadmap but are not in the app today.
