- Introduces a new LocalDriver that stores annotation features and check results in IndexedDB (via idb), replacing the previous InMemoryFileDriver and DesktopFileDriver
- Moves "Export annotations", "View change log", and "View check results" menu items from the top-level Apollo menu to the track menu
- Adds automatic Apollo track creation for local assemblies and a default ontology definition
