• A .gov or .mil email address is required with Login.gov in order to access Touchpoints.
• Touchpoints users are inactivated after 90 days of inactivity.
  • Emails are sent 14 days and 7 days prior to the 90-day inactivity window.

• Ensure https://secure.login.gov/account shows your .gov or .mil account
• Send an email to feedback-analytics@gsa.gov if your account is inactive
• If you changed your email address to a different Login.gov account, please let feedback-analytics@gsa.gov know
