This is Gabyface910/chopsticks, the ultimate Chopsticks toolkit.

Using chopsticks

Chopsticks is located online. View the cheat sheet here and the position solver here.

What is Chopsticks?

Contrary to popular belief, Chopsticks are not eating utensils. (I mean, they are, but we're not talking about those.) Chopsticks is a popular hand game. Here are the rules:

The rules of Chopsticks

Each player starts off with 1 finger on each hand, or 1111. Players take turns bumping each other's fingers. So if my right 1 attacks (or snipes) your left 1, it would be 2111 because my 1 got added to your 1. Position 1342 is good for the player because he can either make 5 with 2 and 3 or 4 and 1. If a hand has exactly 5 fingers, it is OUT, and there are 0 fingers on that hand! If it has more than 5 fingers (e.g. $3 + 3$), the amount is $sum - 5$. So $3 + 3 = 1$! Once one player has both hands out, they lose.

Using the cheat sheet

The chopsticks cheet sheet is located at https://gabyface910.github.io/chopsticks. To use it, press Ctrl+F or Cmd+F or whatever your find button is. For position 2314, search up 1, 4. Find position

2, 3
1, 4

And look at the best move. "L snipes L" means your left hand attacks the opponent's left hand. It just so happens that position 2314 is a draw and the best move is L snipes L.

For position 2141, look for 1, 4. Find 1, 2 above and if it says "L snipes L" remember the move is R snipes R.

Using the solver

To use the solver, simply type in the chopsticks position (opponent left hand right hand (from your POV) your left hand right hand) so at the beginning 1111 is the name of the position. Click analyze and the solver, powered by the world's greatest Chopsticks bot, will tell you what your best move is.
