• Fixes the periodic 2–3 second stalls: on macOS 26 a system-wide audio tap
  that mixes several apps goes silent every few minutes. MScopes now taps
  each playing app separately and sums them itself, following apps as they
  start and stop.

On macOS 26 the system-wide audio tap goes silent periodically; MScopes now
taps only the apps that are playing, follows that set as apps start and
stop, and re-opens the tap the moment it goes quiet while something is
still playing. Also adds a diagnostic log at ~/Library/Logs/MScopes/engine.log.

Fixes the visuals freezing until Stop/Start. The system audio tap stopped
delivering after the default output device changed (headphones, AirPods,
a display) or after sleep. The app now re-opens the tap on its own: within
three seconds of the audio stalling, and immediately on a device change or
wake. The sidebar shows "reconnected ×N" when it happened.
