Copy Effect Settings

Every effect card in the Studio has a small clipboard button. Click it and every current setting for that effect — on/off, and every slider/dial value — gets copied to your clipboard as plain text, ready to paste.

Why you'd use this

If you've hand-tuned an effect (Fire's panel alone has over 40 controls) and want to hand those exact values to someone else — a developer, a support request, or an AI assistant helping you tune it further — this is much faster and more accurate than screenshots. A screenshot of a big panel has to be read and retyped by hand, which is slow and easy to get wrong; this gives you the real numbers directly.

How to use it

  1. Open the Studio, go to the Effects department, and open the card for the effect you want.
  2. Look at the top-right of the card's header — past the pin, pop-out, and paintbrush icons — for the 📋 button.
  3. Click it. It briefly turns into a green ✓ Copied confirmation, then goes back to the clipboard icon.
  4. Paste (Ctrl+V) wherever you need it — a text file, a chat message, an email.

What you get is a small block of text listing the effect's name, whether it's on, and every one of its current values — exactly what's showing on the sliders at the moment you clicked, not whatever the card happened to show when you first opened it.

Where else this works

The older debug panel has the same button, in the same place, on every one of its effect sections — this isn't new there, only in the Studio.
