Check the public Astro website and R2 documentation every 15 minutes with a small dependency-free Node workflow. Failures retry twice before GitHub marks the run failed; the maintainer's existing failed-workflow email setting was verified. The checks include canonical and versioned URLs, revision selection, redirects, archive, robots/sitemap, modeling/search assets and a 16-byte PDF range. GitHub scheduling limits and manual recovery are documented.
Enable production email Worker logs. The tested both-forward completion fix is already on main but production still runs older forwarding code; deploy the existing protected email workflow after merge.
Validation: all 12 live availability checks passed for 6.4.0 revision 20260905-rst2; script and workflow syntax pass. No Cloudflare credential is needed by availability checks, and they do not download the full PDF.
