I think there is an added risk using the SOCKS or HTTP proxy port directly? That is, InviZible states that you distinguish circuits by originating app UID. However, can/do you distinguish between apps when these apps connect to SOCKS (9050) or HTTP proxy (8118) port directly? I'm guessing that distinction is not made.
Is it correct that if separate username+password are configured for each app connecting to proxy ports, that it then proceeds to build distinct circuits? I think that's how tor treats client connections.
