Fixes CLIENT-E8. The issue was that: Graphics API returned invalid pointer for dynamic vertex buffer lock, causing write access violation.
Enhanced pointer validation to check for NULL and suspiciously low addresses, indicating invalid/corrupted pointers from failed buffer allocation or device in degraded state.
