Complete Rewrite - Using Working Algorithm

The Problem

Previous versions tried to track valor "deltas" (changes) using currInfo.quantity (current balance). This was buggy because:

  • API timing issues on login
  • Spending valor would mess up tracking
  • Complex baseline logic that kept breaking

The Solution

Looked at a working WeakAura (by Farsigt) and found they use a different API field:

  • currInfo.totalEarned = lifetime valor earned (NEVER decreases, even when you spend)

New Algorithm (same as WeakAura)

totalEarned = 5000 (lifetime)
weekStartTotal = 4800 (stored on first login this week)
earnedThisWeek = 5000 - 4800 = 200 ✓

Why This Works

  • totalEarned only goes UP when you earn valor
  • Spending doesn't affect it
  • No delta tracking needed
  • No timing issues
  • Simple subtraction

Installation

  1. Download WeekliesTracker-v2.0.6.zip
  2. Extract to Interface/AddOns/
  3. Reload WoW
