v2.1.2: Fix Character Ban Dialog

Bug Fix

Character Ban Now Works

• Replaced WoW's StaticPopup system with a custom confirmation dialog
• The "Ban Character" option from the right-click menu now properly bans the character
• Dialog stores character data correctly and passes it when clicking "Yes"
• Custom dialog matches the addon's visual style
