This is a patch release (v1.1.1) containing various bug fixes and minor UI improvements.

🐛 Bug Fixes & UX Improvements

• Planner: Decoupled today screen tasks from planner week navigation (#33, #49)
• UI: Respect safe area insets on the Today screen (#34, #37)
• UI: Hide the "copy previous week" button if the previous week is empty (#36)
• UX: Increased the touch target size for planner navigation buttons for easier tapping (#39)
• UI: Replaced text emoji in Peaks History with proper MaterialCommunityIcons (#41)
