  ShadyAddonsReborn used to be flagged as a rat because of code Jerome's had put in the mod for telemetry. Even tho that code was not malicious, I removed it for the sake of transparency. I also updated Rat.java. Will continue to improve it lmao

I also did some small refactoring here and there, and added a method to output String(s) to chat easily. Please keep proving feedback it's very important for development!
