Memory Map v2.5 (US)

Only works for US 1.0 versions of the game.

Moved the scanning and hashing to the main program so it can connect to Dolphin directly without the need for the extra application running. This has essentially made it 100x more accurate and reliable.
Added a mini-map to show the bike position during camera stabilisation.
Added a way to check for accidental cycles in the tree.
Just general improvements to basically everything.

Memory Map v1.3 (US)

May currently only be able to connect to memory viewer on windows. Used with https://github.com/Goal3-14/K5E-Memory-Viewer/releases/tag/v2.0-US.
