Abbreviated guides to first quickly and correctly identify for later investigation, analysis, and application to the project.

Write a statement of why is this being redesigned. Who is involved? What are the needs and motivations? How can the experience be improved? What are the end-goals? Blue Sky, what should would it be? Now….what are the constraints.
