List discovered services

You'll get Mac adresses and devices names

Device 88:C9:E8:D6:76:0B HEADPHONES
Device E4:CD:7D:FA:70:24 MOUSE

Then pair (one time)

bluetoothctl pair $DEVICE_MAC_ADRESS

Prevent auto-pairing

bluetoothctl untrust $DEVICE_MAC_ADRESS

Connect and disconnect device

Connect

bluetoothctl connect $DEVICE_MAC_ADRESS

Disconnect

bluetoothctl disconnect $DEVICE_MAC_ADRESS
