Changing user profiles stops notification sounds working

Hi, I get this bug simply by switching to a secondary profile and then switching back to the primary.

Going to Settings - Sound and vibration - Default notification sound, clicking the different factory sounds I hear nothing. Also, there are no longer any notification sounds from any apps. Restarting fixes this, but only until I switch profiles again.

Pixel 6, Android version 13, latest auto-updated GrapheneOS.

Hello Devs,

I can reproduce the problem in my P7. After installing latest update (2023100300) I am facing the same issue.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Change to a different profile.
2. Stay in the profile for few minutes.
3. Return no main profile. Now Sms notification, whatsapp message and signal message and other general notifications are completely silent. Although only vibration is working, but no sound. No issue with incoming phone call, whatsapp call, Signal call.
4. Please look into this matter or let me know how else to troubleshoot.

Please note: For profiles "Allow running in background" is disabled.

What fixes the issue is going to notification sounds and changing volume or notification sound.
