Unable to use fingerprint to unlock apps in private space while using device screen lock method

While using device screen lock method to unlock the private space, apps inside private space are not able to use fingerprint to lock/unlock apps.
Apps shows Bio metrics aren't setup error.

Everything works fine if using different pin/password for unlocking private space.

I confirmed this issue exists on stock PixelOS QPR1, so this is an upstream AOSP issue.

A work around is to not use the "Use device lock screen" method and instead set up biometrics for the private space. Apps in the private space can then use biometrics. It is clunky, but it works.
