Install available apps to private space grants network permissions

1. Install an app that requires network permissions on the main profile.
2. Deny the app network permissions upon installation.
3. Navigate to private space settings.
4. Tap Install available apps.
5. Enable the app you installed.

The app is installed to the private space and automatically granted the network permission.

The user should either be prompted upon installation whether or not to grant the network permission, follow the profile's setting, or deny it by default.
