Locked Maps

GRating Rebalancer converts Goodreads ratings into percentiles through a rating-to-percentile map. A locked map preserves that curve for consistent future runs.
Without a locked map, the curve can change as books are added, removed, or updated. Locking a map keeps later runs comparable to the same baseline.
Use a locked map when:
- You want stable results over time.
- You run the plugin on batches of books.
- You want new books scored against an established library baseline.
Rebuild the map when your library has changed enough that the old baseline no longer feels representative.
Mapping scope controls whether locked maps are shared globally or stored separately per Calibre library.

When per-library mapping is first enabled, the current library can be seeded from an existing global locked map.
