What's new

The in-game addon is now 0.3.3.

  • Rounded damage meter numbers in game. DPS and HPS now read like 10.7 or 1.2K instead of long decimals, on WoW: Forever and every other client.
  • Consistent number formatting across the live panel, the minimap tooltip and /vigil fights.

Update the addon

After updating the app, open Vigil's Settings and find the In-game addon section. Click Update for each WoW install, then type /reload in game (or fully restart World of Warcraft).

Updating

  • Windows and Linux: Vigil updates itself. Restart when it says an update is ready, or use Check for updates in the tray menu.
  • macOS: builds are not code signed yet, so auto-update does not apply. Download the new .dmg below and wait until the download has fully finished before opening it. Then replace Vigil in Applications. On first launch, go to System Settings > Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway, or run xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Vigil.app in Terminal.
