feat(ui): show collection options as a compact icon toolbar - #970

Draw/Cut/Color Options were each a full-height menu row containing only a name and a gear button, wasting most of their space. Leaf nodes that hold only configs (no children, no toggle) and have an icon are now rendered as a single row of compact icon buttons with short labels and tooltips, opening the same settings popup as before. New theme-aware pencil, funnel and palette icons indicate what each option does. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The cut popup's fixed 30% label column, oversized checkbox touch targets and native number spinners left too little room for the values, clipping them. Cut rows now use an auto-width label, compact checkboxes and full-width spinner-less number inputs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Make the options more compact for event data collections
Also, the cut values were too hard to read.
