What’s fixed

  • Correctly reconstructs tiled iPhone HEIC/HEIF photos before previewing and rendering timelapses on macOS.
  • Prevents cropped, zoomed or incorrectly rotated output caused by FFmpeg decoding only one HEIC grid tile.
  • Keeps all original source photos untouched.

Downloads

  • macOS: ready-to-use Apple Silicon application archive.
  • Windows: one installer containing both 64-bit and 32-bit versions; the correct build is selected automatically.
  • ESP32-C3: Phone, DJI, GoPro and experimental Insta360 firmware files. Firmware binaries are unchanged from v1.2.4.

The applications are not code-signed, so macOS or Windows may display a security warning on first launch.
