Klipper camera setup
- Detects the webcam configuration directly through Moonraker.
- Adds Activate camera in Klipper when a Creality camera stream exists but is not registered.
- Supports the built-in WebRTC stream used by tested K2 and SparkX printers.
- Displays the full camera image with its original aspect ratio, without cropping or scroll bars.
- Never mistakes the Fluidd dashboard for a camera stream.
ESP32 reliability
- All camera firmware profiles retry their saved 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi every ten seconds.
- Optional fixed ESP addresses include local availability and conflict checks.
- Gateway, netmask and DNS settings are detected automatically on macOS and Windows.
Downloads
Install the desktop application, select the printer and Wi-Fi network, then let LayerShot flash and configure the ESP32-C3. Standalone firmware files are also included for recovery and advanced use.
The macOS and Windows applications are currently unsigned. Gatekeeper or SmartScreen may display a security warning.
