Camera repair update

  • Adds an always-available Activate / repair camera in Klipper button.
  • Restores camera registration after a Creality K2 factory reset.
  • Detects the K2 WebRTC service even when Creality’s built-in viewer page is empty.

  • Keeps custom Moonraker webcam entries intact.
