Stable reference release

Version 1.2.9 is the permanent validated baseline for Hackman3D LayerShot. Its macOS and Windows installers and all included ESP32 firmware variants remain available even after newer versions are published.

This hotfix restores reliable ESP32-C3 installation and the configured shutter timer.

Fixes

  • Genuine Phone firmware 2.2.2 rebuilt with USB CDC enabled
  • 1–5 second shutter delay restored for BOOT, web and autonomous layer triggers
  • Firmware download version verification
  • Automatic retries for transient macOS USB-port locks
  • Local-network configuration fallback after firmware updates
  • Windows firmware download and camera setup fix (shutil import)
